Controllix equipment is extremely reliable, with one of our elite customers estimating the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of our equipment as being over 14 years. With “24 x 365” service and parts availability, Controllix has an excellent record of servicing equipment in need of maintenance, upgrade or repair. Controllix is small enough to offer excellent communication with our customers from both our sales and engineering departments. Controllix engineers and technicians regularly travel to customer sites on short notice in order to safeguard and trouble-shoot capacitor equipment.

Controllix factory-trained engineers are also available for emergency consultation at a customer’s site or over the telephone regarding the maintenance of capacitor equipment manufactured by others. Please consult the factory for details.
